Absolute chaos. Nobody knows what they are doing and it feels like everyone is either running around trying to figure out what to do or biding their time until the company completely folds under. In the end, everyone knows it's only a matter of time.

Very. Always learning.
What are the team outings like at Strava?
Pretty fun and inclusive. Trailbuilding philanthropy event for the big team, company picnic, etc. Plus lots of small team events- like kayaking, mini golf, other offsites.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Strava?
I'm never bored. There is always something to be doing, which keeps me engaged, but can be hard to mentally turn off.
How's the morale at Strava?
Good. Strong faith in the new CEO and a passionate and driven work culture.
How much diversity is there among employees at Strava?
Needs work (still majority white and male like most tech), but is improving incredibly. We just increased the number of female engineers and women in leadership, have an active diversity and inclusion group and we are focusing a lot of resources towards building a diverse team
