There still appears to be alot of transitional activity with individuals leaving the company including leadership. Also alot of focus on expense for basic customer meetings. Thought we would make some bolder acquisitions. Seems like we dont have momentum.

How likely it is to get an internal job switch here ?
Talend has amazing internal move possibilities. Rather than just looking at the usual paths, for those willing to hunt the right role or put their hands up there are tons of options here.
Talend is working really hard on its internal mobility. I have seen a lot of growth for internal promotion and movement over the last 12 months, but also from a personal stand point, I have seen my career develop here at Talend in ways that I could have only have hoped for in others. They really listened and understood what it was I was looking to do and helped me elevate my career to achieve that. True not everyone gets that chance, but if you raise you hand and put the foundations down there is every chance you can make something special.
What is a typical day like for you? What's the culture like?

For me I spend probably half the time working with my colleagues to develop and build new ideas and the other half working on implementing those. We have short and long term goals, which I think keeps us focused. I am a remote worker for the most part interaction with my team is awesome. I don’t feel pressured to work long hours or silly times. But I do sometime because I love what I do.
