newer software products are well appreciated by customers but older products do not get as much focus as required to stay on par or even ahead of the competition - sales is reflecting this. Because of the history / broad product portfolio sometimes it is challenging to create valuable solutions

I have had an incredibly positive experience during my time at TIBCO. Each year there are improvements to it which tells me that TIBCO does listen and my managers want to see me succeed.

    I love my job, and in the time I've been here I've seen that TIBCO is very good to the people who put in 110%. Sometimes business decisions trump 'doing the shiny new cool engineering thing' which can be disappointing in the short term - but that's true for most software companies. All in all I really enjoy being here.
