newer software products are well appreciated by customers but older products do not get as much focus as required to stay on par or even ahead of the competition - sales is reflecting this. Because of the history / broad product portfolio sometimes it is challenging to create valuable solutions

I have had an incredibly positive experience during my time at TIBCO. Each year there are improvements to it which tells me that TIBCO does listen and my managers want to see me succeed.

Room for advancement, feel appreciated on a team level. I think our team deserves recognition from ELT with something tangible.

Treat employees like humans - their concrete work pays for your wages, after all. Arbitrarily set goals at company level are too abstract - not correlated with individual jobs. Hunting down profits & cost cutting at the expense of work-life balance - who likes having working at night?

The person who join the organization need some buddy who should guide a new joiner to the process and have interaction on day to day basis and get them bit know to the process that way i and all can learn the product and work culture well. here some training for the purpose of demo is shown

looking at industry data of people at my level outside of TIBCO, I believe my compensation is on the low side. also, when TIBCO went private, there was no replacement for the lost stock-related compensation

My skills can be utilized in much better way and compensation needs to be adjusted as per market standards
