How employees describe working at OpenText

I've worked here for over a decade, and through that time, the company has become even better to work at - each and every year.

It was all good until last year OT Singapore hired a local Sales VP. He is an incompetent, unethical, toxic person who is instilling a fear culture. He is an habitual liar who has a bad reputation in his ex companies as well. A person with poor integrity.

Hired a new local sales VP who is very unethical, incompetent, misuse his authority, dishonest, instill a fear culture. If he stays longer all the hardworking and ethical employers will leave and further damage the business. To make things worst he hires only mediocre locals who are dishonest too.

The new local sales VP is toxic. He is very self-centered and does not respect people. He instills a fear culture and is a very unethical person. Hiring such an incompetent person will only cause further damage to the business and he hires people who are mediocre and has bad reputation.

Interesting work that had lent itself to career growth and promotion.
