How helpful was your Sales team when you were first hired at OpenText?
I came with a lot of industry experience so it was not really needed. In deals the extends team is extremely helpful. OT is not really a place for people new to sales or to the industry.
What's the work from home policy like at OpenText?
Depends on how close to the office you are. Pretty sure it is what you want it to be considering you should be out in front of customers more than in any office.

Yes, no sales positions are remote.

2 to 3 weeks depending on tenure, plus the last week of December, One floating day, plus about five national holidays. Can vary from country to country.
