The vibe is definitely easygoing. Standard 40 hours, no overtime or crunch.
What do people at TUNE think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Top Employee Response
Depends on if you're drinking the kool aide or not. The CEO has no experience, no idea what he's doing, and as simultaneously led one product into the ground while completely ignoring the cash cow. He's an egomaniac who can't (or won't) realize his own shortcomings. He's too concerned about brand and reputation than company and product health.

Pretty good.
How does TUNE make decisions around promotions?
nepotism and tenure. w
How's the vacation policy at TUNE?
They tout it as "great", saying you get 20 vacation days your first year, accruing 2 more per year until you reach 30 after 5 years. While this is pretty good, you only get 7 paid holidays, and no sick days, so on average you really only end up with about 15 vacation days, assuming you take 5 sick days a year. You also have to accrue the vacation days.
What are you most excited about working at TUNE?
The perks are almost up to par with Facebook but you can walk into the CEOs office for a discussion. The groundwork is still being layed so you naturally get to have a bigger impact in that sense too. The budget is really tight but they understand the need to do things right will save money in the long term.
What's the office vibe like at TUNE?
Old infamous Belltown building with all the perks and liabilities that come with it. The company clearly hasn't used a ton of money for interior design. And instead opted for using the old Belltown billiards for a kitchen and cafeteria where employees are treated to legit lunches every day.

The people!
What do you like best about the leadership team at TUNE?
Transparency
Any video games played in the office?
Sometimes. There are a lot of gamers in the office, so there are occasional gaming sessions after hours or at the end of the day. And we are also (obviously) pretty big fans of mobile games like Clash Royale and Pokémon Go.
