I believe there should be cost of living raises and the opportunity to work from home. Some people in the company get paid the same as me but get to work from home so in the long wrong are making more.

if textron is unable to compensate more, then they should implement perks that allow employees to save more money (provide more meals, or allow work from home to save money as gas prices are continuing to raise)

I made more money doing the same job 12 years ago. I stay because of the company culture but staying makes it financially difficult especially with the way medical plans are now and the amount of money that has to come out of pocket.

Wages have fallen behind our competitors and HR is either not interested in keeping up, or they are using out of date/bogus data. We keep losing good people for higher wages elsewhere while our yearly pay rises do not even keep up with the cost of living.

Textron Systems is typically 10%-20% under market values. Sales team should have a level comensurate with other Sales/BD roles i.e. OTE, Bonus structure, etc

Pay according to the work load - there are multiple people that wear multiple "hats" and are asked to take on additional projects. This should come with financial compensation.

Compensation is not truly based on merit. You are always kept within a couple thousand dollars of people with the same years of experience, which means more senior staff will make more despite being bad at their job.
