HIRING. We are drowning on virtually every level in every functional group. HELP US HIRE.

The exec team lives in a bubble of confirmation bias. They miss the mark on empathizing with the staff. Handling of COVID was devoid of the average employee's home life, creating a poor culture for parents. Decisions are made with emphasis on short term success to the detriment of long term health.

Executive leadership is extremely resistant to remote or hybrid work. We are severely suffering with retention and are rarely able to hire anyone experienced, and leadership action has taken too long to change this. You are expected to get the job done at any cost to your personal life.

stop telling people they are being paid industry average, when they are bringing in new hires at larger wages. current employees realize that they are not getting compensated to minimally stay at industry average. Training investment only pays off when you retain the best performers through comp.

Presence of leaders walking around campus and engaging with the organization has diminished (partly due to COVID) and limits what they perceive the org to be instead of reality. This further disconnects those at the ground level from feeling like those who make decisions are in a bubble.

Everything is forced from people complaining.There is little fore thought into the future of programs once done

Understand the product we are producing. On the SSC program, most Director level people and up are clueless about fabrication and large assembly. Most are from other Txt BU's that only deal with assembly (not fabrication).They fail to understand core vs. context for this work. The facility is a joke
