The people on my team that have been here for a few years are smart and everyone is respectful. My trainers have been incredible teachers. My Supervisor is a hard worker, kind and very pleasant. The Supervisors around me are very good and I enjoy interacting with all of them.

There is a lack of a positive attitude and a desire to strive for greatness.

The moral in my department is non-existent and when you have a manager that refuses to participate in team building events because they don't want to "end up getting something stupid because it would piss them off" (exact words), that disparaging attitude carries over to everyone else.

We have people in the department that should not have been hired as they were completely unqualified and they DO NOT show themselves as part of a team at all and try to get others to do their work and abused the remote working as an additional way to not do work. Other teams members are great though

I would like to work more as a cohesion and not as individuals. I would also like the company to stop hiring individuals that have way less experience. That way all the workload can be distributed more evenly instead of heavily on certain individuals

People who care and work hard get overwhelmed and burn out. High performers rarely stay because of this. Training is extremely poor, causing significant problems with backfills. More senior analysts have less responsibility than new hires. Everyone is understaffed.
