Training... there is none. Technology...Vintage, with some programs relying on DOS. Friendly culture...yeah, that's called Nepotism. The CEO has at least two children and several relatives in key positions. This bank is literally The Office minus humor.

Not great. I am given a hard time by Branch Administration when I request that I am only staffed in branches that I was hired for and not sent 20+ miles away. When I submit mileage vouchers that NY State deems I qualify for they try to deny them.

Everything. The CEO doesn't have a computer. His assistant didn't have a computer. All are totally out of touch, it's the bank that time forgot. In a nutshell, they need to get better at everything.

Train their employees better. The give a fast training and then set employees loose without much supervision. They also need to do what they agree to. You can't hire a person for 1 area and then routinely send them elsewhere

They are unclear on goals. There's no target to aim at. Bonuses are at the whim of.... huh, can't answer that. I don't know!

We are the lowest paid in the industry. If we do start making bonuses, they change the structure, so bonuses are unachievable again.

Employees are not paid what they should be. The average bank teller in the area makes at least $2 more an hour anywhere else.

My team is fantastic. They are knowledgable, outgoing, seasoned and well trained. We support each other and build each other up. We believe in customer service too. They deserve better

The bank doesnt train anyone. And half the co workers have so ial anxiety and dont know how to talk to customers

How easy it was. In fact it was too easy. They are desparate at times. They hire unqualified people a lot just to put bodies in branches, so they don't have to pay much.
