The bonding of the branch staff when you have good people. They way they look out for each other when this happens.
Better pay and a better computer system
Working with the few coworkers I've come to truly be friends with, and also leaving to go home
Customer care. Their Assistant Vice President takes advantage of seniors and is rude to customers. He told one women she was a real beach. The woman was a care giver to seniors who had a really bad day, but was still trying to make burial arrangements for her 94 year old and long-term customer!
