Not too Friendly should I say - They weren't exactly at all helpful. Even complained saying I was asking too many questions. How do you learn if you don't ask?

Not much they actually complained that I was asking too many questions and overheard a manager was really snotty to a new employee and fired him shortly after because he was asking questions as well....they don't want to train you, want you just keep your ideas to yourself

They did not drug test me but did background check along w/ your finger prints taken at the time of the interview only if they are interested in you.

Yes they run your finger prints.

They are not Innovative, they are STUCK in the past. Old computer programs, computers constantly crashed on a daily basis. Sometimes it is down for a good hour or even half of the day!

They are not innovative, systems is so old and not up to date. They keep losing your documentations

Ha - They are EL CHEAPO - you have to buy your own office supplies!

NONE - Was utterly miserable working there! Never AGAIN!

Not so great - Even their HR is biased

No skills needed - they will train you only if you get a good trainer, the one I had didn't know what she was doing half of the time and kept calling the management to get answers. I was trained half-ass by incompetent woman who was later let go after me.

You are given 30 mins to gather your stuff at your desk w/ no warning. You are expected to get your stuff, immediately hand in your ID badge / keys, on the way out and they don't want you going around saying goodbye to employees - they will follow you around to make sure you aren't doing this. You are given a moment notice prior to the layoffs. They will trick you into thinking you have a meeting w/ them w/ few other employees. Management team and the HR comes into the rooms - gives you the layoff papers right then and there. Don't expect a long severance - they only give you a months worth of severance package. They even balked at me for punching in 1 min TOO EARLY!? Crazy!

Terribly Sad - you are basically chained to your desk all day long expecting to meet quotas upon quotas and if you don't make it then you work through your lunch hour even if you have to clock out / in. Managers belittle you at times.

Are you familiar with the mortgage process

None! They give you the impossibles!

None, they would promise me that I could work from home but never followed up on their word. They tend to give you what you want to heat but never follow through. I wouldn't work at Flagstar ever again, their systems crashes daily for hours on end, you had quota to be made by end of day which is impossible if computer systems is always down.
