Mentally that we are one and all help each other.

My team is fantastic. They are knowledgable, outgoing, seasoned and well trained. We support each other and build each other up. We believe in customer service too. They deserve better

We all get along and work together to get through the day.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The bank doesnt train anyone. And half the co workers have so ial anxiety and dont know how to talk to customers
