I try my hardest every day to get everything done and to even be ahead. It is never enough none of us move fast enough or there's something wrong with this or that. But the bosses can't even tell us what we're doing wrong so how can we fix it

Because i worked for this company for 5 year never had one job go wrong never had one customer complaints. Nothing but compliments from homeowners. New gm didnt like me knowing more about the business than him.
