Depending on the dept. Most relaxed depts. have relaxed and friendly people, the high stress depts. have the stressed employees.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at U.S. Physical Therapy?
Increase Pay for all employees. Listen to employees input- we deal with a lot of the day to day issues and most of us have way to fix those issues. Match 401k.

401k- doesn’t match Short term and long term Dental, medical and prescription

Depending on the dept., some are vibrant some are quiet and reserved.

There’s nothing.
How's the work life balance at U.S. Physical Therapy?
You can still have a life but pay doesn’t allow to much
How's the vacation policy at U.S. Physical Therapy?
You start with 3 weeks of PTO and sick. On your 5th Anniversary you get 40 more hours and on your 11th you get 40 more. I’ve never had a problem with getting approvals however, some departments have had issues.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at U.S. Physical Therapy?
It’s fine as long as you have a good boss

Yes, but only because I’m the only one that does what I do
