How employees describe working at ATI Physical Therapy
I am very happy to work at ATI physical therapy. We treat our patients like family and everyday I am excited to go to wotk because it feels like home # ATI forever ???? ??
Working with the patients and seeing them thrive.
Very friendly, patient and kind
Professional, attentive to detail, informative, kind, supportive
Typical PT mill, support staff expected to basically treat patients that the clinicians can't get to since they want them to overload their schedules. Clinic directors love their numbers but not the quality of care lost with cramming scheduled with 20+ patients and 30 minute evals in between.
