More accountability for managers, care more about patients than numbers, and have a safe place for employees to go to when having a problem without retaliation.
Communication, feedback from clinic level. Some directors don't even treat anymore so they don't have to deal with the overload.
There needs to be more staff and less patients and a better pay rate for OSS who do ALL THE WORK.

I work in a small office where it is just me and my manager so I have no co workers to interact with. And as I said previously my manager doesn't do her job well.

Patients don't feel like they're getting one on one care, and they get upset when physical therapist have to pass them on to OSS.
Ask the employees at the clinic level. Management doesnt care.
New leadership, new business plan
The company is too concerned about having there fingers in everything and controlling the clinicians that it leaves the clinicians with there hands tied to treat patients.
