PT and PTA solely rely on their OSS because there are hugh volumes of patients being seen and CEO pushes number too much. If youre an OSS you are pretty much a servant to others and you do all their work dor them.

Some clinics are positive other clinics are terrible
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work well with the team and its not their fault that they have to rely solely on OSS.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There needs to be more staff and less patients and a better pay rate for OSS who do ALL THE WORK.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Patients don't feel like they're getting one on one care, and they get upset when physical therapist have to pass them on to OSS.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because everyone relies on you but they dont care to ever help you in return. You are just a servant to them.
