What are some of the best things about your team?
Very friendly, patient and kind
I work well with the team and its not their fault that they have to rely solely on OSS.
Easily and open communication between entire team
Most people were very nice while others took their authority overboard by talking down to you a out something when they could have told you what you did wrong in a nicer way.
The team in the clinic is great. Its corporate that is awful

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to work harder
We need a better director. She never has our backs and some patients are horrible to us.
I work in a small office where it is just me and my manager so I have no co workers to interact with. And as I said previously my manager doesn't do her job well.
Be more professional. Complain less. Have a better work ethic
