They are always energetic and exciting to be around. They are passionate about the business and inspire others around them to be better.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

More accountability for managers, care more about patients than numbers, and have a safe place for employees to go to when having a problem without retaliation.

Communication, feedback from clinic level. Some directors don't even treat anymore so they don't have to deal with the overload.

There needs to be more staff and less patients and a better pay rate for OSS who do ALL THE WORK.

Work life balance and holiday hours

Communication, transparency and understanding the business.

Needs to have a better attitude and needs training in how to deal witb emoloyees. Needs to learn not to talk bad about an employee to other employees. That is highly unprofessional. Needs to not play favorites.

Communication, truthfulness, patient centered focus

Treating employees like human beings with lives outside work

Understand the staff they have. Uses their abilities, and provide feedback asap.

Management needs to stop being so arrogant.

valuing emloyees, not talk about numbers all the time

Allowing staff to use earned vacation time. Give timely feedback to its employees. Overall communication.

Giving your employees the support staff they need. Make us feel valued by giving us competitive raises and achievable bonuses

Transparency and communication to its frontline employees

Stop focusing just on numbers and metrics. Although profit is important, when this is the only goal, employees will soon tune out or leave
