I was basically set up for failure from day one. Was not allowed to spend but 2 hours doing the training videos per day. Had a directir who had a very rude and condescending attitude but came across to his boss as being Mr nice guy.

I enjoyed working witj the patients.

Having multiple options for different kinds of insurance.

When the director is not there sneaking up behind you saying "go to the schedule" in a rude tone.

The person who interviewed me iverbthe ohine was very nice and pleasant. The director let tou to believe he was nice but was not!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most people were very nice while others took their authority overboard by talking down to you a out something when they could have told you what you did wrong in a nicer way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Needs to have a better attitude and needs training in how to deal witb emoloyees. Needs to learn not to talk bad about an employee to other employees. That is highly unprofessional. Needs to not play favorites.
