I am thrilled to have spent the majority of my working life at UMB
Pay was garbage for amount of responsibility. Every time someone quit or was fired, they would pile the responsibility onto me with no extra pay. UMB has many of the same amenities and perks as much larger corporations. They are constantly striving to get better at what they do, working to become the leader in unparalleled customer experiences. The CEO is noticeably visible and involved as a leader.
