What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are thoughtful, considering all (not just stockholders) relevant stakeholders when making decisions.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Inclusive business practices, treating employees like human and not just numbers on a spreadsheet.
Promote less of a toxic work environment. Pay the employees that work very hard more than $28k a year, especially after 9 years of service. New hires made way more than existing employees. They would fire long standing employees to hire temps for half the cost
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible work arrangements. I'm remote and love having the ability to balance life and work in the context of getting my job done well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Originally hired during the remote-centric era, my salary reflected having to go into the office one day a week, without renegotiating compensation, I was required to be in the office 3 days a week with minimal flexibility.
The amount of hours we are expected to work and hide in our allocation estimates extremely devalues our contributions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are constantly learning and working to add creatively to our contributions.

I was kept informed along the way. I heard from every interviewer prior to the interaction introducing themselves and letting me know what we would be discussing.
