The leadership team at Varsity Tutors needs to improve transparency and accountability. They take weeks to resolve issues and often falsely terminate tutors for providing constructive criticism. Prioritizing quicker resolutions and fostering an open dialogue would enhance trust and support

I barely had to interview. The person I spoke to over the phone for my "interview" didnt ask me any questions and was prepared to offer me the job within like 5 minutes. The interviewer did make some promises around schedule flexibility that that did not end up being true at all.

Shorten the delay. I was two months into another job before I heard back from my Varsity application. If that other job had been worth a damn, I would not have been available to work for Varsity.
