Getting my jobs done successfully and quickly
Revisión
There's an older man who drives around on company time. He's not physically able to do the jobs; he'll pick up another tech to do the work while he sits in the truck. This man is paid for the job but the tech isn't, even though the tech does the work. Management is disrespectful and unnappreciative

I have been more than happy to work for this company until recently. The manger doesn't show appreciation for the work I do, and the disrespect is weighing me down. He has me driving 2 -3 hours for each job site, so half of my check is spent on gas and food. Appreciation and respect would be enough

The techs are working as hard as they can to get their jobs done. If someone is having trouble, another tech will show up to help get it done. The older man doesn't help anyone else and he is paid for the work that others do, because he can't. He is friends with the manager, so he is able to do this

The attitude of the manager. I leave at 7 or 8am everyday, and I get home after 9pm, 6 days a week. I get my jobs done, but the manager won't acknowledge how hard I work. I do atleast 5 jobs a day. I am degraded and cussed at. The older man shouldn't be paid to just drive around on company time.
