Starts out good and gets better with time. I think it's 3 weeks at first and then build up to 5 weeks with tenure.
It starts off with 3 weeks a year but you accrue more with tenure so many people have up to 5 weeks vacation. Which is pretty awesome!

Super challenged, all the time, but in a positive way. We know we're doing really hard things but we believe it's achievable. We know we will succeed - as opposed to those setup to fail environments that can be the disheartening side of "challenging."
