It's different than it used to be, and it seems like we have some significant communication issues and siloing of departments and projects that could be dangerous down the road. However, I know we have good teams and a good product, so I do have faith we will pull through

The company is good. I just feel like there's a lot of disparate parts now and a lot of distance between everything. I just hope we're able to come back together and make a meaningful upgrade to the product. Otherwise, if we stay as we are, I'm afraid we'll be quickly overtaken by competitors.
