Very competitive. It's more beneficial for full time employees, but they do offer PTO if you work a certain number of hours per pay period

I feel undervalued to an extent because of the harassment I recieve from another caregiver. I have brought the issue up to the office, but I still feel like it's not enough. This caregiver continually seeks to taunt me in indirect ways.

Visiting Angels has NO benefits whatsoever so they can't compete with a nursing home/hospital/assistant living place. Hard to keep or even get people interested in becoming caregivers. I dont know what working 40 hours is anymore because I've worked more hours every week hardly having a day off.
