Review from Customer Support Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We never had one meeting

Working with my team is fair. They are all supportive.

Do not work closely with other employees

Be reliable, be on time. Actually provide services to client. Not sit in another room to do nothing.

Be better qualified and screened

My coworkers can work on being considerate, especially in all-around-the-clock care. Such considerations is simply cleaning up after your own mess, not tampering with other caregiver's task reports, and closing the front door after you leave. For others, washing dishes and taking care of any messes.
