I work hard each day and perform above and beyond only to get a paycheck that is insufficient to cover my basic needs. I appreciate Vista for trying harder and implimenting the recognition part of it and providing global rewards. However, Vista Montego Bay needs to revise compensation

Our responsibilities were greatly increased due to the reorganization and we have never been compensated for it. Multiple doctors have stopped accepting our insurance as it "pays them less than medicaid"

I think Vista use to be among the top in Europe but not anymore. That compared to salaries in the US for example makes me feel undervalued. We are playing in a global world now and with remote first mean salaries should be a little bit more global.

we do a wide range of things such as graphic design and soft sales but there is no opportunity to make money from doing those things. getting the same pay year after year with no option of making extra is disappointing.

I would not mind a higher salary. A salary that does more justice to inflation rates. I'd also love the opportunity to be able to upskill myself and do some proper education. Especially if it comes with a certificate.

Based on the cost of living, the compensation instruction is not sufficient to help us in today's society. As I am appreciative, I believe that Vistaprint can do better for us agents. Only managers and support staff making something average and we are not, yet we are doing the most.
