Internal communication, particularly between the web developer and the care staff, needs to be improved. The website's developers are making the lives of the service teams extremely difficult, and it truly reflects what customers are going through.

Globally distributed workforce makes it difficult to sustain a company culture

It has been months since i reported my concern about mistreatment, this has impacted my mental health. I now have daily breakdowns that i cant share with my pregnant wife. HR and the Lawyer they sent down 4 weeks ago all know this yet are doing nothing to fix the situation. I used to love vista :(
