It has been months since i reported my concern about mistreatment, this has impacted my mental health. I now have daily breakdowns that i cant share with my pregnant wife. HR and the Lawyer they sent down 4 weeks ago all know this yet are doing nothing to fix the situation. I used to love vista :(

I just want to know what our plan is. We have so many moving parts right now and they all feel very early and explorative, yet the leadership team acts as if we have a solid stone plan to lead to success. The same buzzwords have been used for years, the only difference is the people saying them.

Working 100% remotely is great but also challenging. I would love to see my colleagues more often in person and I miss big company events (remote or not) that help growing a feeling of belonging.
