All issues with the company are rooted in greed, lack of morals, lack of honour. They deplete their customers and employees until their is nothing left, and then discards them. They destroy lives in the holy name of money. Dog eat dog company.

Top Management should encourage more of an open door policy where employees may approach anyone in leadership to express their concerns without fear of retaliation or negative consequences.

Some supervisors have no tact and professionalism when dealing with a problems. A paper survey is needed to grade the supervisors. This will allow for the employees who are concerned to speak up a more honest, private, anonymous and secure method of expressing their true feelings on their supervisr.
