The Early morning meetings very day and on conference calls with Washington DC we solve important problems
Everyone has the intent to win together and help each other.
They know it's sucks too
they get the job done

Strong leadership skills and most were promoted from within.
A decent amount of newer employees that are pretty talented. Supervisors and management have no interest in helping them grow which has affected their attitude in the workplace and allowed them to develop a lot of bad habits.

They need to care about WM and not just their pay check. They are spoiled and have sense of entitlement!
On sticking together especially when we all need more extensive training
need more transparency in the network

Leave Waste Management and work for someone that has your best interest in mind instead of the mighty dollar
