They were communicative and they told me everything about the company

Review from Operations Dept

It was a fast process.

talking to an actual person besides india gaslighting us with incorrect time frame messages or requesting the same info daily.

They was very professional very clear and precise about the question they ask

The interview process asks a lot of silly and irrelevant questions, they should really be reviewed and updated to properly inquire as to how prospective employee will align with WM's culture.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Less automation in the intervoew process.

Stop making people jump through hoops

get someone who knows what the position is about to interview you

Look at results, experiences and success of employees instead of titles, statuses and degrees. It's trash collection not rocket science.

Quit lying to everyone lots of empty promises were made

Everything start new people friendly

Not the problem guess you all only hire lack luster employee
