What needs to change to make the company culture better?
hire actual experienced drivers for managers not someone who is learning on the job and gets eaten alive.
Compassion, carring, kindness, positivity and respect. Training that is consistent across the board.

Because the company is consumed by greed, men with no honour or morals terrorise the work place making everyone distrust each other and only look out for number one! Until the aforementioned issues are corrected, the company culture will remain toxic.
