IT's hard to get right. I don't think anyone would ever say "I get paid enough" or "I get paid too much" but I do think that Wave has a fair process, they research the market, and we are compensated within range.

It doesn't feel like one part has to make up for another, i.e. the salary is great but the healthcare package is lackluster. It's top-notch across the board.
