This company is great for entry level experience. However, I would stop at that, if you aspire to move up in your career I would not stay.

Health sharing as an industry is already looked at through a skeptical lens and with the current culture at the company there is no initiative to change that.

Leadership needs to get better at recognizing hard work and promotions. Compensation is already way below average but without any pathway to moving up it is difficult to stay motivated.
