People need to act with more of a sense of urgency, and look out for our customers' best interests. People here are honestly lazy, unorganized, and we need to be hiring a higher caliber of talent that is more professional.

Actually do their job that they get for and stop explain why they can not do their job and why it's all someone else's fault and they can not do anything about that.

We need more resources with more experience and better training. Need more/better representation of the timezones we're working with. Services gets new products or releases with insufficient knowledge to deploy (Suite, IVR, Mobile etc). Too many tech channels to communicate

It's not necessarily that my coworkers have anything to improve upon, but it's more so that I don't think our personalities all mesh very well. I'd say I'm by far the most progressive personality in my department, and others are fairly conservative, which puts personal differences on the table.

It would be helpful if everyone took better ownership of all of the tasks and responsibilities that fall in their role. I feel I carry too much of other people's weight at times.

As per earlier comment - if there was a clear Business Strategy that all BU's aligned too there would be better alignment and less friction due to everyone having different priorities. Also some long-term incumbent staff are lazy leaving other employees to pick up slack, Greater accountability!

A lot of the coworkers I bonded with switched roles or left the company and the ones that remain are all stressed out and high strung.

If the attitude requested isn't met with the same attitude (positve or negative) then there is a dark mark placed on those individuals. It's hard for a new employee to speak with legacy employee's, without getting a long drawn out story as to why the "current process is horrible".

Better team work and cross-department collaboration and teamwork. We have some serious cultural issues with our UK team members and they don't have the same urgency or drive to make things a priority or provide the outrageous customer service and it negatively impacts our customers frequently.
