WorkForce Software Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are mostly new, I don't know any of them

Review from Business Development Dept

Company Communication meetings provide clear insight for the goals and future of the company

Review from Customer Success Dept

Kind, Involved, Focused on building a great long term team and a strong company that supports each other

Review from Managed Services Dept

Regular communication updates to the team. Ambition!

Review from Services Dept

Supportive in the efforts the APJ team is working towards to achieve best practices in the way we do business

Review from Sales Dept

Keep constant and clear communication

Review from Operations Dept

They want the best for the people at the company.

Review from Sales Dept

Come across as one of us vs. senior leadership

Review from Sales Dept

I love the open communication and the inclusion; it makes you feel that you are part of the team and not just someone in the ranks.

Review from Operations Dept

Flexibility. People helping each other.

Review from Services Dept

Approachable, they reach out to you and offer support and guidance when needed

Review from Managed Services Dept

The way they are very open and honest.

Review from Business Development Dept

Wonderful group of people that do their job very well. I always feel included, inspired and informed.

Review from Sales Dept

I am treated like a person with value to contribute and not just a number. Work life balance is actually emphasized by leadership and not just paid lip service to.

Review from Customer Success Dept

transparency, communication, great work culture

Review from Product Dept

The leadership team doesn't operate like they're in a different tier to the team. They are one of us and is an equal part of the team.

Review from Marketing Dept

Great communication, understand the real day-to-day actions necessary to achieve goals, care about the people

Review from Managed Services Dept

Great communication. Clear goals. Shared company vision

Review from Customer Support Dept

Their transparency and that they are approachable

Review from Admin Dept

They are willing to jump in and help but also extend trust to let us do our jobs.

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understand that "going to the cloud" does not make everything better or save money. Also, realize that large number of employees feeling a department is a red flag

Review from Operations Dept

Running a successful, profitable company - which means controlling and managing our costs to make sure we got the right bang for our buck!

Review from Finance Dept

Articulate clear goals that will enable the multiple silos to be removed.

Review from Sales Dept

The executive team has been increasingly making it clear that maintaining an image of political neutrality is more important than protecting the safety of its LGBTQ+ employees.

Review from Services Dept

Communicate company goals more clearly with specific, measurable objectives that make sense to employees. Hold people accountable, especially teams that continually miss goals. Don't keep people around who are not contributing just because they've been on the team for a long time.

Review from Executive Dept

Need to listen to the little people who are in the trenches

Review from Business Development Dept

Making company goals more clear and being more transparent about the financial health of the company. It's very clear that we're trying to stay positive, but truthfully, it doesn't seem like the business is doing well.

Review from Admin Dept

Operational Effectiveness. Accountability of functions.

Review from Finance Dept

Setting clear performance objectives and defining role expectations; engaging with direct reports on their work and providing guidance; delivering meaningful performance feedback on a regular basis; supporting career growth; demonstrating genuine care for direct reports as people

Review from Services Dept

Keeping commitments within the scope of the team's bandwidth, rather than expecting employees to just pick up more and more unpaid overtime.

Review from Services Dept

Accountability of exec leaders for operational performance

Review from Finance Dept

being paid less than my predecessor and not being compensated for that despite being told I would be. Also, the issues and problems in the product are not being escalated or communicated to upper management. There is a clear divide between executives and the teams working on the solutions.

Review from Cloud Services Dept

We are a company that has a lot of in house tools that have a significant learning curve. I've seen several employees leave that were immensely valuable to the company and come to find out they took a salary 50,000+ higher. We must retain these employees. We need to be given proper raises.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Trying to bridge gap with non-leadership employees

Review from Sales Dept

The company is taking on many new customers, without hiring anywhere near enough new employees to provide quality services and support. The result is that we are all exhausted and frustrated all the time -- lip service is given to valuing employees' mental & physical health, nothing more.

Review from Services Dept

Regular feedback, development, career progression opportunities

Review from Services Dept

Modernizing and hiring staff. WorkForce Software has a legacy product with a legacy mindset. It is time to hire (and retain) staff that are capable of leading WorkForce into the future, instead of simply persisting.

Review from Engineering Dept

Provide greater clarity into upcoming initiatives, long term plans, and company direction. Communicate current and upcoming expectations for departments and roles within those departments.

Review from Engineering Dept

Listen to the employees (not VPs or managers, but actual people doing the work) that are experts in their field. The employees want to see things succeed, but forcing the employees to go against best practices is not good.

Review from Cloud Services Dept

Being honest about where the product really stands.
