I hear raises are going to start being less. And I don't believe telling me that I was average, when I pushed hard through the year and that others got a better raise than myself is very smart managing.

For a larger market location, the base salary can be more competitive. However, the incentive structure can make up for the difference if you hit your targets.

When I'm at work I'm all in, but I'm not expected to be "on-call." While I get emails and messages while I'l not working, not only am I not expected to monitor and respond to them, but am encouraged to let them be until the next work day. This is a big difference for me and greatly appreciated.

I enjoy my co-workers and the work I do here. Many feel the same. The biggest complaint - is compensation. Were it rectified - my opinion and rating of the company would improve considerably. There are many good things here.
