Base salary and the bonus
Well rounded package... cash, bonus, equity. That's what I like about it.
working 4 day weeks (condensed hours)
Benefits begin day one and Workiva continues to make improvements and changes based on employee feedback.
I like that it is well balanced, competitive salary, benefits and incentive pay.
12 weeks parental leave, affordable health care, EAP and patient advocate services
It really is convenient for me
Medical insurance, variable bonus and RSU
My success is in my own hands - lots of room for movement and promotion. My health coverage for myself and my family is exceptional and reasonably priced, and there are many benefits options and flexibility to choose a package that's right for me.
My health insurance is fair
Review from Customer Support Dept
Workiva offers a strong core benefits program and they offer many "not as popular" benefits that protect my family and offer a lot of value!
Gender and diverse backgrounds are not valued equitably
Having a transparent and fair promotion process discussed with managers. Managers being involved in the ptocess to get me promoted. Pay in line with market
A comparable salary to the men
I hear raises are going to start being less. And I don't believe telling me that I was average, when I pushed hard through the year and that others got a better raise than myself is very smart managing.

For a larger market location, the base salary can be more competitive. However, the incentive structure can make up for the difference if you hit your targets.
