Base salary and the bonus
Well rounded package... cash, bonus, equity. That's what I like about it.

Having a transparent and fair promotion process discussed with managers. Managers being involved in the ptocess to get me promoted. Pay in line with market
A comparable salary to the men
I hear raises are going to start being less. And I don't believe telling me that I was average, when I pushed hard through the year and that others got a better raise than myself is very smart managing.

For a larger market location, the base salary can be more competitive. However, the incentive structure can make up for the difference if you hit your targets.
