When I'm at work I'm all in, but I'm not expected to be "on-call." While I get emails and messages while I'l not working, not only am I not expected to monitor and respond to them, but am encouraged to let them be until the next work day. This is a big difference for me and greatly appreciated.

They provide lots of opportunities for us to socialize and get to know one another and learn from each other.
Work hard, play hard. We enjoy each other and are more inclined to sit together and decompress at the end of longer workweek than run home. The office itself is also designed to keep us engaged, from the cafe, to the gym, game room and relaxation areas, we have many opportunities to break up the day
The culture is notable and one of the best parts of the job. People are serious and get work done, but we also can have a laugh and relax too.
