What do you like best about the leadership team?
Executive team is strong, competent, and humble. And they work so well together. They are always thinking about what's best for the employees, even though they are relentlessly focused on growth and business outcomes.

Hiring better middle managers who can sell
listening to staff rather than just doing what you thinks best.

Base salary and the bonus
Well rounded package... cash, bonus, equity. That's what I like about it.

I hear raises are going to start being less. And I don't believe telling me that I was average, when I pushed hard through the year and that others got a better raise than myself is very smart managing.

For a larger market location, the base salary can be more competitive. However, the incentive structure can make up for the difference if you hit your targets.

Aligned, inclusive, collaborative, rigorous, experienced... and they are caring and they lead by example. Great leadership team!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company does promote a positive work life balance and tends to hire people that are a good culture fit.
Workiva understands that success of the company is about people - making sure they are valued, supported, happy and productive, everyday. They also care about our growth and development. The employees know this and feel it. And feel it.

Culture fit is one of the top priorities, and this translates to the quality of work
When I'm at work I'm all in, but I'm not expected to be "on-call." While I get emails and messages while I'l not working, not only am I not expected to monitor and respond to them, but am encouraged to let them be until the next work day. This is a big difference for me and greatly appreciated.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Fast. Got to meet a number of team members.
I appreciated having an opportunity to meet several members of the organization and they were very good at responding to my questions and provided candid feedback.

Easy to schedule and decent approach
The recruiters are approachable and the hiring managers are just as interested in making sure that we are a good fit for the candidate as they are about making sure the candidate is a good fit for us.

What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my co-workers and the work I do here. Many feel the same. The biggest complaint - is compensation. Were it rectified - my opinion and rating of the company would improve considerably. There are many good things here.
I'm most happy knowing I'm part of a successful company that cares about it's customers AND employees - and treats both with respect. I feel like I'm at a place I can learn and grow.
I am most excited being able to talk to like minded people of the same ethnicity...that are from other departments
