Leadership is very transparent. When/if I need to speak to someone 1-2 levels above me, all I do is schedule a meeting with them and nobody questions that meeting's importance.

They are part of the team - in the office you can't differentiate a VP or director from any other employee. They are open to suggestions and opinions from every level of the company and are truly excited to see us do well as individuals and as a company. I've never seen anything like it before.
