The LT need to get better at communicating a consistent message. EGM's don't seem to be aligned we need a common and clear product strategy. Also reward and recognise your existing staff, or they'll keep leaving despite vestment periods.

As the organisation has grown the leadership team come across rather disconnected now days. The additional layer of management in the Executive GM has been very detrimental to the operations of the business and killed the agility we once had.
