Q&A With xTuple Employees

Internships are available for high schoolers deciding on a higher education path to college students and recent grads applying their studies to determine what career suits them best. Interns work independently and/or in small groups on a range of things: business intelligence / analytics, software development, sales and marketing. No one walks away without achieving their goals. The program is a win-win for xTuple and intern alike.

While we have a lenient work-from-home policy, we find that creativity flows best when face-to-face, so we do encourage frequent lunch-and-learns, water-cooler chats, and across-the-cubicle collaboration at its finest. xTuple holds quarterly all-hands meetings so that remote employees from all over the world can come to our Norfolk, Va., headquarters and meetup, too. Schedule is very flexible with just a little advance notice. Must be available during “core” work hours, but otherwise flexible.
