What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership recognizes hard work and results, but won't work you too hard. xTuple is the place for those who go above and beyond. on each level of the organization.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Employee value is weighted fairly from the beginning of employment. If you increase your value by performing well, you will be rewarded.
The compensation and benefits are good and distributed fairly.
Salary is very competitive for a small company in the area.

What are some of the best things about your team?
xTuple a small company. If one person is falling behind, it's noticeable. This visibility prompts employees to complete projects quickly and with high quality,
Supportive and collaborative problem solving.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone recognizes the value of each employee, and everyone is respected. Also, there is no dress code :)
The attitude is laid back but things get done. A healthy mix of fun and work.
Laid back - not unusual to see bare feet and shorts - located in the heart of an innovative downtown tech business subculture.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
During my interview process, I was sent to one of xTuple's training courses. Learning first hand, in a class with customers/users of the xTuple software, was exciting.

What makes you most happy at work?
Most of my responsibilities include helping new customers find the right solutions to help their company grow. I enjoy participating in early conversations with customers; learning about problems and knowing we have a solution to help them. Also, my team is great; very knowledgeable.
I have a sense of ownership over what I am working on. There is a lot to get done and I have freedom to choose where I want to focus on knowing that no matter what I work on, it will have a significant impact on the product.
