Like at many companies, your experience at Yotpo will be largely determined by your direct manager. Unfortunately, I reported to an individual that was completely unfit to manage people. Sometimes the company acts like a lazy rich parent who would rather spend money on extravagant gifts rather than show employees appreciation in a meaningful way - praise from managers all the way to fair raises and promotion to leadership.
