Transparency, communication, support, quick paced
Perfect combo of vision and execution
Smart, very innovative and super driven
Progressive and willing to disrupt themselves to serve both customers and employees better.
Yotpo started to offer multiple products over the years so it's understandable that it's a complex company to run. There's a lack of clear prioritization and it's the reason so many people complain about the workload. Yotpo definitely wants people to work more and harder, not smarter.
Being more approachable and giving credit where credit is due
Fair pay and option grants that make sense
Seems in line with industry average
The quarterly bonus is great

Fun, collaborative, normal but unique, driven
I sincerely like everyone. What they might lack in experience they more than make up for with a hard core work ethic and smarts.
Been seeing a conflict whenever there are teams made up of people from the US and Israel. It might be culture clash or burnout causing people to have less patience and resentment. If the company optimized and dealt with the burnout culture, employees might actually start being nice again.
For the most part my team is very professional and operates effectively. However the company is very process-driven and doesn’t allow for flexibility. From a social perspective, there is an issue with inclusivity and generally being open and welcomin
The most positive part is the product, as it’s extremely high quality and serves an industry that is currently boomin
The people at this company have become my best friends
The company is very invested in cultivating talent.
Almost all employees at Yotpo work hard and very passionate about their jobs. They want to do a good job. But sometimes Yotpo shows preference to Israelis, men, toxic personalities. If Yotpo is serious about becoming a global force, they should stop being exclusive and rewarding bad actors
Everyone I work with is scared of being fired out of the blue lately.
The recruitment team, so nice and smart
Transparent follow ups, swift, seemed genuine
The talent team is top notch
Less interviews and not making the assignment essentially be free work that candidates do for the company
The six hour long interview process was nerve wracking
Everything makes me happy here
Completing a large project or campaign brings me a sense of satisfaction
Seeing my team and seeing their success
The people and inherently innovative spirit.
Invest in the product so that the customer-facing teams aren't constantly having to face unhappy customers. Let the product live up to the marketing.

Morale, training, and transparency need to be worked on
